  • Use Command-K to find records across the loaded workspace and jump between sections. Command-F focuses the current list search.
  • Start from Today with shortcuts for work needing attention, due today, coming up, or unassigned. Next actions explain their attention flags, and Project watch opens related commitments.
  • Focus the team plan by attention, deadline, assignment, or linked project. Support now has a Needs follow-up queue with counts and empty states that match your filters.
  • Cached records are bound to a verified Notion account, account changes clear displayed data, and source indicators show when a refresh is needed. On an offline launch, connect and verify your account before cached records can appear.
  • Improves header contrast across light, dark, and system appearance. Contributions retains its existing source coverage and setup requirements.

Fresh install

Install on this Mac

macOS 14 or later · Apple silicon and Intel

  1. Open the DMG and drag the app to Applications in Finder.
  2. Open the app from Applications, then eject the disk image.
  3. Connect Notion using your own account.

Already installed

Update the copy you already use

  1. Already installed? Open your installed copy and choose Check for Updates.
  2. Keep your existing installation location, including ~/Applications; avoid creating a second copy.
