When you submit a URL to our Website Intelligence Report tool:

- We do not access password-protected areas, databases, or private files on the scanned site.
- Audit results are generated in real-time and are not permanently stored unless you purchase a full audit report.
- Submitting a URL for audit constitutes your representation that you have authority to analyze that website or that the website is publicly accessible.
8. Client Service Data
For clients subscribed to our monitoring services (Accessibility Shield, SEO Autopilot, Schema Intelligence, Reputation Shield):
- We perform automated scans of your website at intervals defined in your service agreement.
- Scan results, scores, and historical data are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days.
- Auto-remediation scripts deployed on your website operate client-side and do not transmit data back to our servers.
- Upon subscription cancellation, you may request deletion of all stored scan data.
9. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions — retained for 2 years or until you request deletion.
- Payment records — retained as required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).
- Client service data — retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days.
- Usage analytics — retained in aggregate, anonymized form indefinitely.
- Chat conversations — not retained beyond the active session.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
